Available via Appstore® or Google Play™, the app allows customers to control their vehicle remotely, instantly check the oil life, odometer and tyre pressure from the vehicle tab and more.

The all-new Expedition is available with two powertrains both delivering higher fuel efficiency due to the smaller displacement, lightweight Aluminium EcoBoost engines, standard 10-speed automatic transmission, auto-start stop for better acceleration and reduced fuel consumption. The Expedition Active and Platinum® trims are equipped with a standard 3.5-litre EcoBoost® V6 engine rated at 400 HP and 651 NM of torque 1 , while the Platinum Stealth and Tremor variants feature the best-in-class High Output 3.5-litre EcoBoost engine with 440 HP and 691 NM of torque. All-new Expedition Tremor: The vehicle lineup introduces a first-ever TREMOR trim, the most off-road capable Expedition. It has a re-tuned suspension and electric power-assisted steering systems, Raptor-inspired running boards and front skid plate, embedded off-road auxiliary lights behind the grille and underbody protection for the front axle, transfer case and fuel tank. Its 10.6-inch ground clearance is better than any other vehicle in the Large Traditional Utility class and is fitted with 33-inch General Grabber all-terrain tires. With the same comforts that make the rest of the lineup shine, the Expedition TREMOR adds off-road 2 gear to take on more rugged adventures. It is made for adventures that venture far off the beaten path, with a drive mode system that includes Rock Crawl Mode, and trail control system that includes Trail Turn Assist and Trail 1-Pedal.

From the moment a customer sits behind the wheel of the all-new Expedition, they’re immersed in a one-of-a-kind family command centre. The new Ford Digital Experience 3 is designed to allow greater connection and personalisation for customers through driver-specific profiles, including some of their favourite apps, helping make time behind the wheel more enjoyable, even when parked. The Ford Digital Experience comes to life for Expedition owners through beautiful display screens, including a 24-inch panoramic display, which takes the place of a traditional gauge cluster. Unlike other vehicles in the class, the panoramic display is positioned near the lower edge of the windscreen to help keep drivers looking at the road ahead. This enables sight lines over, not through, the steering wheel. With cargo management as a priority, the new Ford Split Gate makes every Expedition the only vehicle in its class 4 that combines the best of a traditional SUV liftgate with the cargo management of a pickup truck tailgate. Three-quarters of the gate raises like a traditional liftgate, while the lower quarter folds down like a truck’s tailgate. Accessing the cargo area has never been easier. If your hands are full, stand near the back of the vehicle for a few seconds with the key fob in your pocket and the Ford Split Gate automatically opens thanks to the available Open-on-Approach. Hauling long objects such as curtain rods or fishing rods doesn’t have to compromise seating for six, thanks to the available new Third-Row Flexible Seating. The middle of the rear bench seat folds down independently to open a long centre aisle that extends from the Split Gate clear to the front centre console to help customers manage their cargo and people-moving needs.
