Our adventure began with an exploration of the many sectors of the Vin Group. The sheer scale of their operations was mind-boggling. The company has built entire ecosystems in real estate, healthcare, and retail, transforming the Vietnamese landscape. They are not just business innovators but pioneers, leading Vietnam into the future with a vision of sustainability and technological prowess.

We had the opportunity to visit some of the hotels under the Vinpearl brand, which feature world-class amenities and stunning locations. These are not just places to stay; they are destinations in themselves, showcasing the natural beauty of Vietnam. VinGroup’s investments in education and healthcare are equally impressive, with state-of-the-art schools and hospitals that are raising the standard of living for many.

The highlight of our trip was visiting VinFast’s manufacturing plants, where we saw firsthand how Vietnam is making its mark on the global automotive stage. From compact electric scooters designed for bustling urban centers to electric buses and cutting-edge electric cars, VinFast is pushing the envelope of what’s possible in transportation.

Our factory tour took us through the entire vehicle production process – from the assembly of vehicle frames to the meticulous installation of electric powertrains. We witnessed the birth of various models, including SUVs, sedans, and electric buses, all assembled with the latest in automation technology.

VinFast's commitment to sustainability was evident in its electric vehicle (EV) lineup. As the world moves toward greener solutions, VinFast is already ahead of the curve, offering affordable electric cars and scooters that aim to reduce emissions in Vietnam and beyond.

Of course, no visit to VinFast would be complete without getting behind the wheel of some of their electric cars. We had the chance to test drive a few models, including their sleek electric SUV and compact city car. The driving experience was smooth, and the acceleration, thanks to the electric powertrains, was surprisingly quick. What stood out most was how quiet the ride was – a testament to the advancements in EV technology. It’s clear that VinFast is positioning itself as a serious competitor in the global EV market.

As we wrapped up our visit, one thing became clear – VinFast and the broader Vin Group are not just shaping Vietnam’s future, but they are also setting their sights on the global market. With ambitious plans to expand internationally, including launching electric vehicles in North America and Europe, VinFast is a company to watch.
