Infiniti has officially expanded its luxury SUV lineup with the launch of the new QX60 Sport and QX80 Sport, choosing Dubai as the stage for their regional debut. The announcement highlights the brand’s strategy to strengthen its presence in the premium SUV segment by offering a calmer and more confident take on sporty luxury. Rather than relying on aggressive styling, Infiniti focuses on balance, refinement, and a strong road presence that fits the expectations of drivers in the Emirates.
The Infiniti QX60 Sport arrives in the region for the first time, positioned above the Luxe and Sensory grades. The exterior adopts a more assertive look through twenty inch black wheels, darker accents on the grille and mirrors, and revised bumpers paired with updated LED lighting. A new Deep Emerald body color reinforces the sporty identity while the Sport badge remains subtle and elegant, keeping the overall design restrained and premium.
Inside the cabin, Infiniti shifts toward a cleaner and more modern layout. Physical buttons are reduced in favor of a twelve point three inch central display, creating a more intuitive driving environment. TailorFit seats in Graphite and Stone Grey tones, combined with a suede headliner, deliver a refined atmosphere without unnecessary flash. Comfort remains a priority, supported by three zone climate control, rear air vents, and a practical interior layout designed for everyday use.
Power comes from a three point five liter V6 engine producing two hundred seventy nine horsepower and three hundred fifty newton meters of torque. A nine speed automatic transmission is standard, with a choice between front wheel drive and all wheel drive. On the technology side, the QX60 Sport introduces Google built in, along with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, plus a sixteen speaker Klipsch sound system. Driver assistance is handled by the ProPILOT suite, reinforcing safety and ease of use.
The Infiniti QX80 Sport represents the most luxurious and powerful expression of the brand in the Emirates. Its exterior design commands attention through a piano black front grille, gloss black accents, and twenty two inch wheels that emphasize its size and authority. Midnight Black paint and optional two tone roof treatments further enhance its premium character.
Inside, the QX80 Sport moves firmly into flagship territory. The cabin features semi aniline leather in Midnight Blue, a layered dashboard design, and three digital screens that support both driving and entertainment needs. Power adjustable seats with memory and massage functions elevate long distance comfort, while the overall interior presentation focuses on quiet luxury rather than visual excess.
Under the hood, the QX80 Sport is powered by a three point five liter twin turbo V6 engine delivering four hundred fifty horsepower and seven hundred newton meters of torque. An adaptive air suspension system works alongside multiple drive modes to balance comfort with confident handling across different road conditions. Pricing reflects its position in the lineup, with the QX60 Sport starting at two hundred ninety thousand dirhams, while the QX80 Sport starts from four hundred eighty thousand dirhams, clearly targeting buyers seeking a commanding luxury SUV experience.
