Koenigsegg Sidair’s Spear Pushes Boundaries

Koenigsegg Sidair’s Spear Pushes Boundaries

Koenigsegg debuted the Sidair’s Spear, a lighter, sharper, and even faster evolution of the Jesko. Power is now up to 1,300 hp on standard fuel or 1,625 hp on E85. Thanks to a 35 kg weight cut and upgraded carbon fiber design, the car exceeds the legendary 1:1 power-to-weight ratio. A unique aero package and exclusive wheels complete the aggressive look, while the name pays homage to founder Christian von Koenigsegg’s father’s final racehorse.

Lanzante stole hearts with the 95 59, a limited-run road car honoring the McLaren F1 GTR that won Le Mans in 1995. Just 59 units will be built, each featuring a central driving position and triple-seat layout like the F1. With a staggering power-to-weight ratio of 700 hp per ton, and design by Paul Howse (creator of the McLaren P1), this is a street-legal race car that feels straight out of the pit lane.

Maserati impressed with three standout models. The GranCabrio convertible featured a Nettuno 3.0L twin-turbo V6 delivering 496 hp and bold details like a Verde Giada paint job and diamond-cut wheels. The GT2 Stradale is now the brand’s most powerful road-legal combustion car, with 640 hp and a 2.7-second sprint to 100 km/h. For the track-only elite, the 750 hp MCXtrema made its Goodwood debut with just 62 units planned globally.

McLaren W1 Sets a New Hypercar Standard

McLaren W1 Sets a New Hypercar Standard

McLaren revealed the W1, its most advanced hypercar to date, featuring a new hybrid setup that delivers 1,275 hp through a reengineered V8. Built with an Aerocell monocoque and no parts shared with the P1, the W1 is a total reboot of McLaren performance philosophy. Limited to 399 units, it was already sold out before the official announcement, proving its instant appeal among collectors.

MG Blends Retro Flair with Electric Sportiness

MG returned to Goodwood with bold electric energy. The MG Cyberster Black wowed with its sleek black finish and luxury roadster styling. Making its European debut, it confirmed MG’s commitment to electric sportiness. The all-new Cyber X Concept brought pop-up headlights and a compact, city-focused EV silhouette. MG also unveiled two new electric models and showed off the EX4 hillclimb car with a one-off design inspired by the classic MG Metro 6R4.
