Mercedes Rolls Out Four Luxury Strollers with a Price Tag to Match

  • What sets the new Mercedes stroller collection apart?
  • Why is the Mercedes-AMG GT2 stroller turning heads?

If you thought luxury was just for the garage, Mercedes is here to prove it can reach all the way to the nursery. Teaming up with German stroller specialist Hartan, Mercedes just launched four premium strollers that come loaded with plush features, stylish looks, and price tags that rival some used cars. For parents looking to bring a little high end flair to everyday life, these new strollers might just be the ultimate flex.

Mercedes and Hartan’s lineup includes the Performance, Avantgarde, All-Terrain, and the Mercedes-AMG GT2 models. The Performance sets the stage with a Quick-Fix safety harness and a bassinet with an adjustable backrest. The Avantgarde steps it up with a telescopic handlebar, making it easy for parents of all heights to find their sweet spot. The All-Terrain takes things off road with rugged tires and a handbrake for those weekend strolls in the park.

All three models are wrapped in vegan leatherette, available in five colors, from classic Rubellite to bold Verde Silver. No matter which you choose, every detail screams premium, from the adjustable suspension to the Bag2Go accessory that clips right onto the handlebar.

The Mercedes-AMG GT2 stands out as the most compact of the lineup, built to fold effortlessly into a car trunk. It borrows styling cues from the iconic AMG GT2 sports car, with cross-spoke AMG wheels, cognac colored stitching, and an embroidered AMG logo on the sun visor. Like the other models, it comes with adjustable suspension, but goes further with optional luxury gloves to keep parents’ hands warm on chilly days.

Of course, all this exclusivity comes with a hefty price tag. Depending on where you shop, prices start at around 1,599 euros, or about 1,800 dollars, and climb up to nearly 2,300 dollars for the most exclusive version. It is proof that when it comes to luxury brands, even baby gear can become a true status symbol.
