  • What engine powers the new TRX 2027?
  • What off road features does the TRX offer?

The battle for the most outrageous performance truck is back, and Ram is leading the charge with its 2027 TRX. After whispers of the SRT division’s comeback, the return of a Hellcat-powered TRX was only a matter of time. Now it is official. The 2027 Ram 1500 SRT TRX packs a supercharged V8 and aggressive upgrades that push it beyond anything Ram has done before. With 777 horsepower, a bold new face, and desert ready tech, this beast is here to shake the pickup world once again.

Supercharged Comeback

Supercharged Comeback

The TRX 2027 comes storming back with a 6.2 liter supercharged Hemi V8 producing 777 horsepower and 921 Nm of torque. Paired with an 8 speed automatic transmission and full time all wheel drive, this setup rockets the truck from 0 to 100 kmh in just 3.5 seconds. The advanced Baja mode helps deliver up to 75 percent of torque to the rear wheels for desert driving thrills.

Ram uses Bilstein Blackhawk e2 adaptive dampers that react instantly to terrain changes. Whether the truck is airborne or crawling over rocks, the suspension constantly adjusts to keep the ride smooth and under control. With these specs, the TRX 2027 does more than just flex numbers, it brings real world performance on and off the road.

Built for Desert Dominance

This isn’t just a high speed truck, it is also built for real off road abuse. The TRX 2027 comes with 330 mm of front suspension travel and 355 mm in the rear. Ground clearance maxes out at 300 mm, and the rear axle is a Dana 60 with an electronic locking differential.

Exclusive to Crew Cab configuration, the TRX rides 50 mm higher and 200 mm wider than a standard Ram 1500 Rebel. It rolls on satin black 18 inch wheels and hides 381 mm brake discs underneath. Add in the dual range transfer case and this truck can crawl, jump, and cruise like a pro.

Inside, it is all luxury muscle. Heated, cooled, and massaging front seats, a 14.5 inch central screen, 12.3 inch digital cluster, 10 inch heads up display, and a 19 speaker Harman Kardon system make it clear this monster can roar and pamper. Prices start at 102,290 USD, with the special Bloodshot Night Edition adding two tone paint, carbon accents, and beadlock ready wheels arriving later in 2026.
