Kalle Rovanperä, driving the No. 69 GR YARIS Rally1 Hybrid Electric Vehicle, fought his way during the race to clinch third place overall. Battling treacherous weather conditions, Rovanperä displayed remarkable driving skills on the rain-soaked Monte Lerno stage. He kept up this remarkable momentum and maintained his position throughout the remainder of the rally, dominating the final Power Stage by 4.7s and extending the team's FIA WRC lead to 25 points. TGR-WRT are now set to take on the Safari Rally Kenya from 22-25 June, legendary for its turbulent roads, high speeds and open plains.
