Every year, hundreds of manufacturers and engine enthusiasts around the world used to prepare for the Geneva International Motor Show, which includes special announcements of the most important brands, designs that have not been seen before, and a wide presence of modified cars.

An agreement had been reached between the organizers of the Geneva International Motor Show and the Qatari authorities in 2021 on the organization of the Geneva International Motor Show Qatar, scheduled to take place in Doha every two years starting in in October 2023. The Geneva International Motor Show is also set to return to Geneva in the spring of 2024, after having been unable to take place for the last few years due to the consequences of the Corona Pandemics.

The Geneva International Motor Show Qatar is conceived as the Festival of Automotive Excellence. Exhibitor registration has already started in February 2023 and the newly created festival will take place from Thursday, 5 October to Saturday, 14 October 2023

Driven by the great passion of car enthusiasts, the Festival will go beyond the closed halls of the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre to the streets and museums of Doha, and from the city to the roads and racetracks, and after all, to the desert. It provides visitors with various opportunities to get behind the wheel, as it presents the best and most dynamic shows in the world, from extended driving experiences and driving experiences through speed circuits and desert motorsports.

Lusail International Circuit
