Owning a supercar used to mean accepting someone else’s vision of performance and luxury. Now, British engineering firm Dash Bespoke is flipping that idea. With their fully customizable TR01 platform, gearheads can design and build their own supercar from the chassis up. Whether you dream of a track weapon or a sleek electric cruiser, this new approach to car building is putting creative power into the hands of passionate drivers.
At the heart of Dash Bespoke’s offering is the TR01, a carbon fiber monocoque chassis engineered for high performance, safety, and extreme flexibility. It meets Euro NCAP safety standards and is designed to accommodate multiple drivetrains (V8 or electric), driving styles (rear or all wheel drive), and completely customized interiors and bodywork. This setup isn’t just modular, it’s a blank canvas for customers to craft the supercar they’ve always dreamed of—without needing a Ferrari-sized budget.
First revealed in 2023, TR01 is fully road legal in the UK and can also serve as the foundation for track-only racers or concept hypercars. With carbon subframes, aluminum alloy suspension, and hydraulic dampers from Nitron, this isn’t just a kit—it’s a performance-ready foundation built by motorsport experts.
Dash Bespoke is kicking off its lineup with the SlipStream, set to be unveiled at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. This car uses a mid-mounted V8 built by Hartley Engines in New Zealand—the same group behind the engine of the extreme Nilu27 hypercar. The SlipStream uses the full potential of the TR01 platform with a lightweight build, aggressive aero styling, and race-spec underpinnings.
But it’s more than a show car. SlipStream proves the platform can support world-class powertrains and competitive engineering. From here, future builds could go in any direction, whether a track car with wild aero or a luxury-focused electric cruiser built around comfort and style.
According to CEO Tim Ropathan, building a low-production supercar used to require insane budgets, risky manufacturing, and major brand support. With Dash Bespoke, that barrier is being shattered. They’re offering a new path—custom engineering with real-world feasibility. The price is still unknown, but it’s expected to be far more accessible than traditional one-off commissions from exotic brands.
For car lovers across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, this opens up a whole new world. Imagine choosing your engine, your design language, your interior finish, and knowing it all comes together with proper race-level engineering. Dash Bespoke is making custom performance personal, without the gatekeeping of legacy brands.
