The platform connects all government sectors electronically, and serves 21 million subscribers, providing more than 200 electronic services. Most importantly, the platform contributed to raising the quality of life for citizens, residents, and visitors, and facilitated access to the services provided, by linking with more than 80 government and private agencies, which led to the provision of (330) secure services, through electronic transactions instead of paper transactions, and the possibility of implementing Electronic services from anywhere without the need to review the various sectors of the ministry to implement services.

You can inquire about your traffic violations by entering the Absher online platform. After that, you can enter the national identity number or the residence number and the visual code, then enter the electronic services and choose the pass. Then choose to inquire about traffic violations, and after entering the service, enter the ID number of the applicant and the visual code. Finally, after submission, the system will review the violations, if any, along with their details.

After calling 989, you will listen to the recorded voice message to select the language of the message, and in the event that you want to select the Arabic language, press the number 1 again to go to the traffic fines information service. Next, you must enter the civil status number (identity number) followed by the # sign; Where the system will review the violations, if any, along with their details.
