From the adrenaline of world endurance racing to the everyday streets, the SCG 007s brings the raw energy of the track into a road legal hypercar. Built by Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus, the same team behind the SCG 007 LMH that once took on Monza, Spa, and Le Mans, this car is more than just a nod to motorsport. It’s a full-blown engineering marvel set to debut publicly at Villa d’Este in Italy before deliveries start later in 2025.
The SCG 007s is powered by a monstrous 6.2 liter V8 engine with twin turbos, pushing out an incredible 1,000 horsepower and 999 newton meters of torque. All that force is sent to the rear wheels through a 7 speed automated manual transmission, giving drivers sharp control and lightning fast shifts. The car weighs just 1,550 kilograms, making it as light as a Toyota Supra, but with nearly triple the power.
Inspired by top endurance circuits, the SCG 007s features a pushrod rear suspension and double wishbones up front, along with adjustable anti-roll bars for fine-tuning handling. The car rides on aluminum wheels designed for quick tire changes, supported by an integrated air jack system that lifts the entire vehicle for fast servicing. Aerodynamics were barely touched from the original racecar: a massive front splitter, a spine running along the roof, and a giant rear wing all work together to keep the car planted through every high-speed corner.
While the performance numbers are wild, the SCG 007s are still made for public roads. It comes with hydraulic doors for easy access, a nose lift system to clear speed bumps, and even an integrated air conditioner. It’s a car built to handle the racetrack but ready to cruise through city streets in comfort.
Glickenhaus describes the SCG 007s as a whole new vision of what a hypercar should be. It’s not just a racecar adapted for the road, but a high-performance machine engineered from day one to do both. And while the price hasn’t been announced yet, the legacy and technology packed into this car suggest it will carry a hefty tag. For fans of speed and rarity, the SCG 007s is more than a car. It’s a statement.
