Individual tickets are now available for ‘Race Ready: An evening with Guenther Steiner’, an exclusive speaker session, set to bring UAE residents and travellers closer than ever to one of the biggest, and most candid, breakout stars of F1 and hit Netflix series, Drive to Survive. Hosted by Arabian Adventures – the UAE’s leading destination management company (DMC), tour and safari operator, part of the Emirates Group – in collaboration with luxury tour operator Imagine Cruising, the evening includes a fireside conversation, dining, and live entertainment amidst a spectacular setting in Dubai’s surrounding desert, from 6pm to 9pm. Guenther Steiner commented: “One of the great things about working in Formula 1 is travel, meeting people from such a wide range of countries and cultures, so the opportunity to speak at an event in the middle of the desert is a unique one! The amazing thing is that it’s not too far from where the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix will be happening, so we will be going from something traditional to a very high-tech environment the next day.” Tickets to the event include a 90-minute speaker session with the former Haas F1 Team Principal hosted by ARN’s Head of Sport, Chris McHardy, unpacking rare insights gathered from Guenther’s decades within the sport. Also included is complimentary transportation from Dubai to The Fort – Lisaili, a BBQ buffet dinner and house drinks package, and a fire show to conclude the evening. Guests will have access to other facilities on-site at The Fort – Lisaili including camel rides, or dune buggy and 4x4 desert rides (at an additional cost) – for a high-octane addition to a wider evening of motorsport. Now a respected F1 analyst, Steiner remains one of the sport’s most recognisable voices. Born in Merano, Italy, his motorsport journey began in rallying before transitioning to F1, where he held key roles with Jaguar Racing and Red Bull. He later went on to establish the Haas F1 Team, leading the only American outfit on the grid from its debut in 2016 through to 2023. At the Dubai-based event, Guenther is set to cover his varied experience in the sport, and commentary on the latest season. On his ‘most defining’ moment in F1, Guenther commented: “Creating an F1 team from scratch, literally starting with an idea in my head and writing a business plan, was a great experience. To bring that to the starting grid and then score solid points on our debut was something worth celebrating.” On the current F1 season, Guenther comments on McLaren’s rise to a ‘class of their own’, stating: “What makes this season really interesting is that McLaren have worked hard to return to the front of Formula 1, and achieved it with a customer Mercedes-Benz engine, beating the factory Mercedes-Benz team.” Bookings for ‘Race Ready: An evening with Guenther Steiner’ are now available, with limited tickets remaining.
