Mansory’s “Softkit” For the Ferrari SF90 Stradale

27 Mar 2023

German tuning company Mansory has recently introduced a new upgrade kit for the Ferrari SF90 Stradale, which they have dubbed the "Softkit". While Mansory is known for its over-the-top and aggressive styling, this new package takes a more restrained approach while still adding some flair to the already stunning Italian supercar.

Compared to their previous F9XX package, which featured a completely reworked body with sharp angles and an aggressive stance, the Softkit focuses on more subtle changes to the car's exterior. The package includes a new front splitter, side skirts, and rear diffuser, all made from carbon fiber to reduce weight and add rigidity.

One of the most noticeable changes comes in the form of a new hood, which features a transparent panel that allows the engine to be seen from the outside. The new hood also includes additional air vents to help cool the powerful hybrid powertrain that powers the SF90 Stradale.

The Softkit also includes a new set of lightweight forged wheels, available in either black or silver finish. These wheels not only reduce unsprung weight but also improve the car's handling and overall performance.

Under the hood, the SF90 Stradale's powertrain remains unchanged, with a hybrid setup that includes a 4.0-liter V8 engine and three electric motors, producing a combined output of 986 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque. This allows the car to reach a top speed of 211 mph and accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.5 seconds.

Inside, the Softkit adds some additional luxury touches to the SF90 Stradale's already plush interior. Mansory offers a range of customization options, including unique leather and Alcantara finishes, carbon fiber accents, and illuminated door sills with the Mansory logo.

Overall, the Softkit offers a more subdued take on the SF90 Stradale compared to Mansory's previous offerings, but still manages to add some unique and eye-catching touches to the already impressive supercar. While the SF90 Stradale is already an incredible vehicle in its stock form, the Softkit from Mansory takes it to the next level and is sure to turn heads wherever it goes.

Zagato's AGTZ Twin Tail: A Removable Rear Bumper Takes Alpine A110 to New Heights

Italian coachbuilder Zagato has once again showcased its expertise in blending elegance with innovation with the launch of the AGTZ Twin Tail, a sports car based on the Alpine A110. What sets this new model apart is its unique and versatile feature – a removable long-tail rear bumper. This design pays homage to the iconic Alpine A220 that raced at Le Mans, adding a touch of nostalgia to a contemporary masterpiece. The AGTZ Twin Tail draws inspiration from classic Zagato builds like the Alfa Romeo TZ1 and the Iso Rivolta GTZ, known for their distinctive rear-end designs. However, the Twin Tail takes this tradition a step further by allowing owners to customize their car's aerodynamics with the option of a long tail for enhanced performance or a shorter tail for everyday driving.
