Evoluto Automobili has unveiled a stunning transformation of the classic Ferrari F355, introducing a carbon-fiber-bodied masterpiece that seamlessly blends timeless design with modern engineering. This restaurant pays homage to the original while incorporating contemporary enhancements that elevate its performance and aesthetics.
Under the hood, the naturally aspirated 3.5-liter V8 engine has been meticulously re-engineered, featuring over 200 new components. These upgrades boost the power output to 420 horsepower, surpassing the original's 375 hp. The enhancements include larger inlet valves, a bespoke inlet camshaft, solid cam lifters, and a new coil-on-plug ignition system, all contributing to a more responsive and exhilarating driving experience. The engine pairs with a reworked six-speed manual transmission, ensuring that the tactile connection between driver and machine remains intact.
The exterior, redesigned by renowned designer Ian Callum, retains the F355's iconic silhouette while introducing modern touches. The new carbon-fiber body panels not only reduce weight but also enhance the car's torsional rigidity by 23%, resulting in improved handling and stability. Notable design features include larger cooling intakes, a reshaped front splitter, LED pop-up headlights, and staggered 19-inch wheels. Inside, the cabin offers a bespoke interior, allowing customers to choose from a range of materials and finishes to create a personalized driving environment.
Evoluto plans to produce only 55 units of this exclusive restaurant, each tailored to the individual preferences of its owner. This limited run ensures that the 355 by Evoluto remains a rare and coveted masterpiece, celebrating the legacy of the original F355 while embracing the advancements of modern automotive engineering.
